Shop Policy

  

DEPOSITS:


We require a $40 DEPOSIT to book with us. Artists will not begin drawing up any tattoos until a deposit is left. We accept cash, debit, credit or e-transfer for deposits

DEPOSITS are non-refundable and cannot be transferred between clients or tattoos

DEPOSITS will be taken off the final price of your tattoo during your first sit



CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS/ LATE:

 

NO SHOWS: deposits will be void and if you rebook a new deposit is required


CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS: deposits will be void unless a new appointment is booked when cancellation notice is given; we are not unreasonable, if your artist decides to waive this policy due to emergencies, it will be decided on a case by case basis. 


CANCELLATIONS 48 HOURS OR MORE: deposits can still be applied to appointments, as long as they are rebooked within 1 weeks time of cancellation. After 1 week with no rebook, deposits are void


2ND REBOOKINGS: if an appointment is cancelled and the deposit is carried over the first time, if there is a second cancellation, the deposit is void and a new deposit will be needed to secure your appointment


LATE: contact the shop directly if you are going to be late. Appointments will be held for 30 minutes after the scheduled time. After 30 minutes, deposits are void and the appointment slot can be lost 



DRAWINGS:

 

Drawings are time consuming for our artists. Your appointment time is based on an estimate by your artist, which is based on your APPROVED drawing. 

If you completely change your tattoo idea for your scheduled appointment, as discussed with your artist, you will lose your appointment slot and your deposit will be void. 

To be clear; MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR ORIGINAL IDEA ARE MORE THAN WELCOME, WITHIN REASON. THIS ONLY APPLIES IF YOU DECIDE THAT YOU WANT A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DESIGN THAN THE ORIGINAL DESIGN/ IDEA DISCUSSED WITH YOUR ARTIST DURING YOUR CONSULTATION. IF A DRAWING HAS NOT BEEN DONE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT YET, YOUR ARTIST MAY DECIDE TO AGREE TO THE CHANGE - THIS WILL BE DECIDED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. 



TOUCH UPS:


ONE touch up is free for every tattoo within 6 months of your final appointment – anything after 6 months (unless otherwise specified by the artist doing the tattoo), there will be a charge for touch ups 

  

Touch ups will only be done by the artist who originally did the tattoo

If the tattoo is compromised (shop specific aftercare directions are not followed – picked at, submerged before healing is finished, exposed to elements and/ tanning beds etc) touch ups will not be free – artists can absolutely tell if any of these have been done to your tattoo; we are well educated in tattoo healing progress


NO SHOWS: for a touch up appointment will void the free touch up policy. Any touch up appointments to follow will be charged our shop minimum of $80.


FINGERS/ HANDS: one free touch up will still apply to finger and hand tattoos. Depending on placement, we warn clients about how these tattoos will heal. Due to hands being high traffic/ high exfoliating areas, the ink can generally fall out, especially on the sides of fingers and palms.  If you choose not to follow our recommendation for placement, we may refuse to do the tattoo to begin with. If you choose to do it and have an “I don’t care” attitude about it, we are no longer responsible for the end result after your one guaranteed touch up. There will be a charge applied to any touch up after. WE DO NOT DO RING TATTOOS.
